By accessing or using the Utiful Textile website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site or our services.

Suzhou Utiful Textile Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of premium textile products including woven throws, knitted blankets, fleece, and faux fur products. References to "Utiful," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Suzhou Utiful Textile Co., Ltd.
3. Products and Orders
3.1 Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on our Site are accurate. However, actual products may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings, manufacturing tolerances, and material variations. Please request samples for color and texture verification before placing bulk orders.
3.2 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until we have verified pricing, availability, and payment terms.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of order acceptance. Quoted prices are EXW (Ex-Works) unless other terms are explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon during the ordering process. Standard terms require a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. Accepted payment methods include T/T (wire transfer) and L/C at sight.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Claims for defects, shortages, or damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Return requests must be approved in advance. Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods, minus any applicable restocking fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and product specifications — is the property of Utiful Textile and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Utiful Textile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
