1. Blanket Material
Start with the preferred fabric or product type, such as flannel fleece, sherpa, faux fur, knitted polyester, acrylic or another material. If the exact material is not confirmed, reference photos or target samples can help the supplier recommend suitable options.
2. Size and GSM
Finished blanket dimensions and fabric GSM have a direct impact on product weight, hand feel, packing volume and cost. Buyers should provide the required size and preferred GSM whenever possible.
3. Order Quantity
Quantity affects material planning, production efficiency, packaging and final pricing. If the project is still under development, buyers can provide an estimated quantity or expected order range.
4. Color, Pattern or Artwork
For customized programs, provide Pantone references, artwork files, design dimensions or product images. This allows the supplier to evaluate printing, knitting, embroidery, jacquard or other suitable production methods.
